Salvatore Euro or Pasquini Livietta or Rancilio Silvia

I am in need of a machine and have narrowed it to these three.
I make 1-2 cappuccinos a day with another straight shot thrown in. I am familiar with the Salvatore One but I am not sure I want to go for the SES as I want to keep this under $1k.
As for grinder: Baratza Vario.

The Euro is new to me; but I'd always massively prefer an HX to a single boiler whenever cappas are the main item on the menu. It's not just a question of waiting 45 seconds for a single boiler to switch over, it's a question of the milk getting stiff or the espresso going flat while you wait. You cannot make as good a cappa from a single boiler machine, no matter how brilliantly it makes shots, as you can from even a basic HX.

Moreover, the specifications show a 1.5 liter boiler and what looks like the well respected and widely used CMA thermosyphon group.

Price point is also excellent for an entry level HX.

I'm planning a purchase myself and can't make my mind up between a lever or pump. I keep waffling between the Ponte Vecchio Export lever and the Livietta. Now you had to throw in the Salvatore Euro and muddle me even further! Thanks. I had to hit the Salvatore website to see what you were looking at. That Salvatore Euro HX looks to be one sweet machine. WOW! I'd rule out the single boiler if I were making more than one cappa at a sitting. Happy Hunting, they are all nice.
