Anyone know where I can buy a FE-AR La Peppina portafilter and portafilter basket?

The portafilter is not available. You will have to source a parts machine or have one made. As for the baskets, you have some options. I believe people on this site have used Sama Export baskets and modified Riviera baskets. Good luck with your search.
