Refurb Price: Baratza Vario W vs. Vario

I'm planning on buying a refurbished Vario. I noticed that the refurb price on the Vario W is less than the Vario although the Vario W is a more expensive grinder. Does anyone know why?

I have never actually seen one listed for sale in the refurb category (which is where they would be sold for that price). Maybe they had one once upon a time? I wouldn't count on seeing a lot of them, you're lucky to even find a vario refurb on there, I waited months for mine.

Vario:
Price (New unit): $ 450.00
Refurb: $ 360.00


Vario-W:
Price (New unit): $ 575.00
Refurb: $ 460.00


Neither are available refurbed, and the W isn't available new, either...but that would be my choice no doubt.

At one point the Vario-W (or Vario-E then) was listed with the same refurb price as the regular Vario. FWIW, the regular Vario has been in stock in the refurb shop for at least several days.

Wow, I feel really dumb! Haha, I just looked, and I must have glanced over quickly and not realized that it said $460!
