Hello guys,

I'm planning to setup a small coffee shop operation and was wondering if to use a gas heated boiler. Im a fan of levers, so the Rancilio 7 Leva, 2 group came to mind.

I'd like know, if anyone, knows the approx. gas consumption (like cubic meter per hour). Im trying to figure that parameter out in terms of costs vs an electric heater, call it pump as well.

I already emailed rancilio, but no answer from them.

As far as im concerned gas is so much cheaper than electricity, and combining that feature with a lever, would set up a more reliable machine, with lower operating costs.

Any thoughts?
