My Maximatic started blowing steam out the ... what do you call the bit that sneezes water into the drip tray like a drunk cowboy aiming badly at a spittoon in his lap?

Anyway, it'd seem I need a new 3-way solenoid valve. Was hoping to spot the part on Orphan or Cerini coffee, but no dice. Anyone happen to know where to find a compatible one?

When looking for parts for the Livietta, Olympia Express was the best source. They list the 3 way.

If handy, you might try disassembling it to see if it's scaled up.

Looks like that's the 220v, 50hz version, but that should help me find the 120v version, thanks.

Akk, sorry about that, didn't notice the euro. Cerini is the US distributor, so email them if it's not listed. And if all else fails, you could probably use the coil from the original valve on the 220V valve, providing the problem with the 3way is not a dead coil or circuit. The coil usually has no mechanical link with the valve itself

For the leaky 3-way valve in my Pasquini I ended up replacing this part only:

ODE Solenoid Nucleus

Maybe this is all you need.

I guess I'll know more once I get the machine apart. Thanks!
