Need Recommendations for a Timer

Postby javacrazed on Wed Aug 18, 2010 7:27 pm

I would like to buy a timer for my ECM/Rocket. I hate waking up and waiting an hour to pull a shot. What would the group recommend I look at??

Ian, where in that search list is a post about recommended timers?

Bust Dan's chops... the parser doesn't. The search URL gets mangled

Try this. It was part way down on the search.

http://www.amazon.com/Amertac-TEO5W-Dec...B000Z9DC7E

Has separate settings for individual weekdays, M-F, Sat+Sun, etc., has easy adjustment for daylight savings, manual override, and battery backup to save program during power outage. I liked mine so much I bought another as a spare.

I installed a wired 7-day timer from Tork that I got at Lowes. It has the benefit of being able to be wired for both 120 and 240, and the amps are high enough for commercial machines.

I used in my home the
Amertac TEO5W
I like the options of 7 different days/setting
what I don't like is the display hard to read if in closed in a cabinet/counter top
so if you manually turn it on or off is hard to see if you are putting it back on auto
but the clock seams precised

PS plug exit to the right
