Have a La San Marco SM90. Do I need an upgrade?

Hey,
I currently have a La San Marco Sm90 grinder. 64 mm flat burr grinder.
I've been thinking about selling it to switch to a Lido E or Pharos. I bought a new machine (La Pavoni) and the look of my grinder sort of clashes with the nice clean manual look of the La Pavoni.
Would I see a difference in taste and consistency?
Thanks guys!

If you have the money and don't require portability, then pharos no brainer IMO. Never used either, but have on good authority to do much better than pharos you need EK43, R120, etc.

You would be moving sideways IMHO
My personal preference is electric grinders. I have hand mills but rarely use them.
Why do you want to use something different is your SM90 broken?
My suggestio is to purchase a Lido or Pharos and compare it to your SM90. You may be reselling your new hand mills after a few weeks

I don't agree that it will be a lateral move. The Pharos has a large conical burr, and you should see improvement with one. Some complain about the ergonomics of a stock Pharos, but the only mod I have needed is a longer handle, which helps quite a bit.
