I'm setting up a Coffee Bar, please help me decide whether to go for Faema E61 or President. I like the look of Gaggia lever machine but it's kinda harder to find.

Which Gaggia lever? A two group E61 and president or singles? Personally, I think you will need one of each - but failing that, for the sake of practicality an E61 .

Hell yes both of them DrDregs! it's an investment too but wait until I get the money now I'm thinking I could get both if I found those in non working unit and fixing the myself . I'm leaning towards 2 groups, 1 group is fine. No worries about practicality if you meant as an easier to use. I like president coz the cool & fun of the "Lever" machine, prettier from the front, I like E61 coz it's E61! and it's prettier from the back so I don't know, help me decide.
Gaggia... they're some pretty Gaggia out there like looking at the gallery: America, Internazionale, forget about them, I wouldn't like the price
