Do you know where in Geneva to buy Espresso tamper 57 mm off the shelf? Could you write me please an address of the shop?

Try contacting the Boréal Coffee Shop.

They are very friendly and they sell tampers on their website. They may sell tampers in their shop too.
If they don't sell them at the shop my guess is they would be happy to refer you to a local shop that has the tamper you need in stock.
