What a week it has been! I was never certain from one day to the next that I'd go through with the purchase of a new machine. Thanks to all of you, I did finally order a Quickmill Andreja from Chris' and expect it's arrival tomorrow.

I also want to thank Mary, the salesperson who assisted me with the purchase. I don't recall the last time I purchased anything from anyone who was as informed, courteous, sincere and professional as Mary.
What a fantastic company! I couldn't imagine buying anything coffee related from anyone else - ever!

This sums up my experience ordering from them as well. I'd add, for those who dislike talking to salespeople as much as I generally dislike it, talking to Mary has none of the usual downsides. It's truly a no-pressure sales call. I'd buy from them again without a second thought.
