Bunn, Ditting, or Curtis grinder... for cold brew?

Am i crazy for wanting to buy a used Bunn, Ditting, or Curtis grinder, specifically for batches of cold brew for home?

Between those three, is there one that i should specifically avoid? I believe its understood that replacing the commercial burrs made be a few hundred.

Difficult to make a diagnosis from one intention, but cold brew isn't likely to highlight the potential a coffee could reach through top notch grinders...
