Hi there

Coffeehit has by far the biggest selection in the UK for RB tampers, and should be able sort something out for your Silvia. I also recommend them highly as a supplier.

Undoubtedly the Reg B's are gorgeous tampers. I have one myself. But with the increasing trend and recognition that a light tamp and finer grind is preferable than the classic "30 pound" or heavier tamp the honest answer is that you really don't need to spend that amount of money on a tamper.

But if you can afford it and you really want that espresso bling, then go for it!

Thanks for the link, that zebra wood handle is real nice, shame its not in stock! :(
Tbh im only getting the reg barber purely for bling and my missus said she would treat me to one for my birthday. 8)

But as you say, I dont tamp very heavy at all and could get away with something else but why not eh :D
