Bacchi! Anyone used these yet?

hello...
i am considering buying one of these for the office...
are they easy to use? they seem to be very sturdy?
but do they produce a wicked espresso?
my brother has an old cremina olympia and those espressos are sweet and creamy... can a bacchi come close? or is it just an overpriced bialetti stovetop device?
