Kinda strange that Bezzera removed the PID on the BZ10.

Congrats! Hopefully you'll enjoy the bz10, as I did.
Btw, just a bit of advice from a newbie like me, don't forget to use scale to weight your dose (and espresso) , it does really help when dialing in the grinder.
By using scale we can choose the dose (and kept it constant) and focus on other variable (grind size, brew time, espresso out).
